Why choose us?
It makes sense to choose an inspector who is familiar with the area
Jeff the owner of Pro-Tec Home Inspections was born and raised right here in the valley (Petawawa). He is familiar with all the different types of building practices, soil conditions and possible problematic areas which can also assist you in making an informed decision.
It makes sense to choose an inspector that performs inspections full time
Some inspectors have full time or other primary occupations and do inspections as a supplement income or part time business. If you have a house built, would you rather have someone that builds a house every now and then or someone who builds them full time. Same with inspectors, We believe you deserve better. We do inspections full time 7 days a week. We take pride and dedicate ourselves to doing the best possible inspection for you.
It makes sense to choose a qualified, certified and insured inspector
Jeff is a graduate of the Carson Dunlop home inspection training course. He is nationally certified and a member of InterNACHI. He attends required continuing education courses frequently. He also carry errors and omission's insurance.
It makes sense to choose an inspector with continued support
Support doesn't end when the inspection is over. If you ever have questions about your home whether its about general maintenance, building an addition or simply needing a referral call us anytime 7 days a week for as long as you own your home.
It makes sense to choose us
With Pro-Tec Home Inspections, you are choosing a company with considerable experience and expertise. We have demonstrated our competence over thousands of inspections, and take great pride in going beyond our clients expectations.
Our home inspection experience is inclusive. We encourage you to join us during the inspection, and to ask questions as you go. Having you with us on the inspection also gives us an opportunity to provide you with tips on home care and maintenance. For instance, you can learn how to change the furnace filter, turn off the water, gas, and electricity in an emergency.
A home inspection is valuable, but unless the experience is well-documented, most people won't remember all the important details. That's why we provide a comprehensive second to none easy to read and understand electronic report with pictures. It not only describes the house components and their condition, but also provides insight into what improvements will be necessary, and when.
